Wema Bank's ALAT Mural at Murtala Muhammed Airport

Wema Bank's ALAT, Africa's first fully digital bank, has unveiled a stunning mural at the Murtala Muhammed Airport (MM2) in Lagos. The mural, which is a testament to the bank's commitment to providing convenient banking services that are in sync with the lifestyle of its customers, is designed to evoke different emotions in travelers as they make their way out of the city.

The mural features a variety of iconic Lagos landmarks, such as the Tinubu Square, the Lekki-Epe Expressway, and the National Theatre. These landmarks are depicted in a colorful and vibrant style, which is sure to catch the eye of travelers.

In addition to the landmarks, the mural also features symbols of the new Lagos culture, such as food trucks and street art. This is a way for Wema Bank to show its support for the city's growing creative scene.

The ALAT mural is not just a work of art; it is also a marketing strategy. The bank hopes that the mural will help it to connect with potential customers and to raise brand awareness.

"The ALAT airport mural is one of the many ways the bank expresses its deep-seated interest in the stories and overall lifestyle of its expanding customer base," said Funmilayo Falola, the bank's Chief Communications Officer. "The mural is dedicated to the many and widely varying Lagos experiences across both the Mainland and the Island."

The mural has been well-received by travelers. Many people have taken to social media to share photos of themselves in front of the mural.
